Conditions

• Domestic animals are accepted only in the apartmens 1 and 2. For each of it you will have a charge of 10,00€ per day and 50,00€ for the final cleaning. It is not allowed to let the animals stay alone in the apartment.

• The rates are intended for a stay of at least 7 days and include weekly linen change, heating, electricity and final cleaning. The price for 2 persons contains the using of only one bedroom and one bathroom.

• All prices shown are subject to a "Tourist Tax" per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure.

• Arrival and departure day is Saturday. different arrival and departures days are possible only on request and if available. The apartments are available from 3 p.m. and must be checked out before 9:30 a.m.

• Reservations are valid after having paid the deposit of 1/3 of the total amount. We do not accept credit cards. Please pay by cheque or bank transfer.

• Please contact us in advance if you will check-in after 7 p.m and if the number of the people booked changes.

• In case of delayed arrivals or earlier departures we charge the entire amount of the reservation.

• Please do not smoke in the inside of the house.
